Ingredients
  

For Cauliflower
  • 5 cups water
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 medium head cauliflower – cut into florets
  • salt – to taste
For the Batter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp fresh parsley – finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro – finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill – finely chopped
  • 6 garlic cloves – minced
  • salt – to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • tbsp yellow mustard – sauce
  • water – about 3/4 to 1 cup
  • Oil for frying

Method
 

Boil the Cauliflower
  1. In a large pot, bring 5 cups of water to a boil, then add the cumin.
  2. Slide the cauliflower floret into the water and add salt.
  3. Let it boil for 5 minutes.
  4. Drain and set them aside.
Prepare the Batter
  1. In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, parsley, cilantro, dill, minced garlic, salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin, turmeric, and yellow mustard.
  2. Gradually add water and mix until you have a smooth batter (a little thicker than pancake batter).
Coat the Cauliflower & Fry Until Crispy
  1. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, letting excess drip off.
  3. Fry the coated cauliflower in batches for 3–5 minutes until golden and crispy.
  4. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
Serve
  1. Serve hot with your favorite sauce ( tahini, mustard, buffalo).
