Method
Boil the Cauliflower
- Slide the cauliflower floret into the water and add salt.
- Let it boil for 5 minutes.
- Drain and set them aside.
Prepare the Batter
- In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, parsley, cilantro, dill, minced garlic, salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin, turmeric, and yellow mustard.
- Gradually add water and mix until you have a smooth batter (a little thicker than pancake batter).
Coat the Cauliflower & Fry Until Crispy
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, letting excess drip off.
- Fry the coated cauliflower in batches for 3–5 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
