Preheat the oven
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Season the fish
- Place the Sea Bass fillets in a baking dish.
- Arrange sliced onion, cherry tomatoes, and olives around the fish.
- Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the fillets.
- Place lemon slices on top of each fillet for fresh Mediterranean flavor.
- ( optional step) Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Bake
- Bake for 15–20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Sprinkle fresh parsley over the fish before serving.
