  • 4  medium potatoes - peeled and cubed
  • 1 small onion - finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

  • Crushed red pepper
  • Fresh parsley - chopped

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until soft and translucent.
