Make Vanilla Dough
- Beat butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy (about 5 minutes).

- Mix in egg whites and vanilla until smooth.

- Add salt and gradually add the flour to the butter mixture until a soft dough forms.

Make Chocolate Dough
- Transfer 1/2 vanilla dough to another bowl.

- Mix in cocoa powder, butter, and oil until smooth.

Shape Betefour Cookies
- Transfer dough into a cookie press or a piping bag with a star tip and pipe shapes onto a lined baking tray. Or shape with your hands or even a fork ( see video).

Bake Cookies
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.

Decorate Betefour
- Let them cool down for about 10 minutes.Dip in chocolate, add pistachios, or sandwich with jam.

- Serve Betefour cookies arranged on a big platter.
