  • 2 lbs lamb chops - about 6 to 8 pieces
  • 1 medium onion - chopped
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary - finely chopped
  • 1 tsp salt - or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, add the lamb chops.

  2. Add the chopped onion, white vinegar, olive oil, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
