Ingredients
Method
Marinate the Chicken
- In a large bowl, add the cubed chicken breast.

- Add the lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, tomato paste, salt, chili flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, and honey.

- Mix well until evenly coated in the marinade

- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for a deeper flavor.

Cook the Chicken
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the butter.

- Once the butter melts, add the marinated chicken in a single layer.

- Cook for 5 minutes without stirring to develop a golden crust.

- Stir and continue cooking for another 10 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and coated in the sticky spicy honey garlic sauce. Tip: If the sauce thickens too much and you like it with extra sauce, add a small splash of water.

Garnish and Serve
- Remove from heat and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.

- Serve warm with fluffy white rice and a fresh Mediterranean salad.

Notes
- For extra heat, add additional chili flakes or a drizzle of hot honey.
- Do not overcrowd the skillet, or the chicken will steam instead of sear.
- Chicken thighs can be substituted for extra juicy chicken bites.
- Marinating overnight gives the best flavor.
