Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breast - cut into small cubes
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 garlic cloves - minced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp salt - or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp chili flakes - or as desired
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 3 tbsp honey
For Cooking
  • 2 tbsp butter
For Garnish
  • Fresh chopped parsley

Method
 

Marinate the Chicken
  1. In a large bowl, add the cubed chicken breast.

  2. Add the lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, tomato paste, salt, chili flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, and honey.

  3. Mix well until evenly coated in the marinade

  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for a deeper flavor.

Cook the Chicken
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the butter.
