- Drain the tuna well and transfer it to a medium bowl. Flake it apart gently with a fork.

- Add the chopped onion, green bell pepper, orange bell pepper, and parsley to the bowl with the tuna.

- Add the extra virgin olive oil, white vinegar, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, cumin, and coriander.

- Gently toss until all ingredients are evenly coated.

- Sprinkle red pepper flakes and garnish with fresh chopped parsley. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes for even more flavor.
